The Treasure Team

With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mike Treasure has built a career working with some of the world’s most recognized hotel brands, including IHG, Marriott, and Hilton. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of individuals, companies, and groups secure corporate and negotiated hotel rates—both domestically and internationally.

Leveraging long-standing industry relationships and insider knowledge of corporate pricing structures, Mike has made it possible for smaller businesses to access rates typically reserved for large corporations. He has also helped many clients maximize their hotel rewards and travel rebates, making every trip more rewarding.

In 2014, Mike became a licensed travel agent. While he continues to work in the hotel industry, he launched his travel agency as a successful side venture—one that has continued to grow over the years.

Mike's wife, Rebecca, has been instrumental behind the scenes, assisting with administrative and clerical support. His daughter, Jessica, has been a key part of the business for over a decade. What began as a way for her to assist clients when Mike was traveling soon evolved into her own thriving client base. Today, Jessica manages bookings for frequent travelers and offers a unique model where clients can book their own reservations and share in the rewards—creating extra value and income for everyone involved.

Together, the three offer personalized travel support, deep industry insight, and a commitment to helping clients travel smarter and save more.
